Your second appointment is designed to help you better understand your condition, spinal health, and recommended treatment options. Dr. Joseph will review your examination findings, discuss your symptoms in detail, and explain the best course of care to help improve your mobility, comfort, and overall wellness.

  • A short educational video reviewing your X-rays and the phases of chiropractic care
  • A complete review of your examination findings and diagnostic results
  • Personalized treatment recommendations tailored to your symptoms and health goals
  • Discussion of expected progress, treatment frequency, and wellness strategies
  • Approximately 45 minutes reserved for your report of findings appointment

Routine Chiropractic Adjustment Visit

Ongoing Chiropractic Visits

Our goal is to make ongoing chiropractic care convenient, efficient, and beneficial for your long-term health. During your regular visits, Dr. Joseph will continue monitoring your spinal health, mobility, posture, and progress to ensure your treatment plan remains effective.

  • A complete spinal evaluation performed during each appointment
  • If no chiropractic adjustment is necessary, there is no charge for the visit
  • Efficient scheduling designed to fit busy lifestyles and work schedules
  • Continued support for posture, mobility, pain relief, and wellness goals
  • Typical appointments lasting approximately 10–15 minutes

Depending on your needs, ongoing care may also include corrective exercises, massage therapy, myofascial release, posture correction, and Kinesio taping.

We accept medical insurance, Medicare, and Veteran Affairs (VA) benefits, and our team is happy to help verify coverage as a courtesy.
